HeatKeepers offers three levels of its home energy evaluation:

Package A - Visual Inspection and Walk Through
Package B - Comprehensive Home Performance Inspection
Package C - Comprehensive Home Performance inspection with Scientific Payback Analysis Report

The money back guarantee is valid on consumers engaging in Package B or Package C. Consumers engaging in Package A do not qualify for the money back guarantee.

As a result of engaging in Package B or Package C, the consumer will receive a written list of recommendations, detailing where the inefficiencies lie and what actions can be initiated to remedy the inefficiencies.

Consumers engaging in Package C will also receive an estimated cost of the recommendations, professional sources to turn to for the recommendations and an estimated payback of savings once the recommendations are in place.

HeatKeepers will work with consumers to collectively list the existing heat sources being used annually and determine the annual cost of use to the consumer for those sources.

From that annual overall cost analysis and as a result of the consumer engaging in Package B or Package C, HeatKeepers guarantees recommendations to eliminate at least 25% of the overall cost of heating the home or HeatKeepers will refund the cost of Package B or Package C, whichever the consumer engaged in, to the consumer.

Please note the guarantee is not based on the decision of the homeowner to implement the recommendations.

Please note, the overall cost analysis of existing heat sources will rely on disclosure from the homeowner as to the actual costs of sources currently being used over a 12 month period.

Because the guarantee is based on the ability of the consumer to provide actual costs, the guarantee is void should the consumer and HeatKeepers not be able to obtain the necessary information for calculating the overall cost of the heating source over a 12 month period.
